Failing to show for your appointment

When you book a massage with me, you are booking a specific day and time. If you fail to show (or cancel late),  you will need to re-book & pay again if you would like to have a massage.

Please do not ask to reschedule your appointment after not showing for your scheduled one. You are directly asking for a free massage.

​

If you have paid using a gift voucher, your voucher has been redeemed. You will need to re-book via the website and pay if you would like another opportunity to have a massage with me.
